Questi Termini regolano l’uso di Polibop, fornito dal suo sviluppatore. Registrandoti o usando l’app li accetti, insieme all’Informativa sulla privacy, al Regolamento della community e agli Standard di sicurezza per i minori. Se non li accetti, non usare Polibop.
1. Chi può usare Polibop
Devi avere almeno 13 anni. Sotto i 14 anni alcune funzioni sono limitate finché un genitore non le consente dal proprio account.
Devi fornire dati veri, in particolare la data di nascita, e non puoi usare Polibop se ti abbiamo già chiuso un account per violazioni gravi.
2. Il tuo account
Sei responsabile di ciò che succede con il tuo account: tieni segreta la password e avvisaci se pensi che qualcuno vi sia entrato.
Puoi collegare fino a 5 account sullo stesso telefono. Non puoi vendere, cedere o prestare un account.
3. Tolleranza zero per contenuti offensivi e utenti violenti
Su Polibop non c’è posto per contenuti offensivi o illegali né per chi molesta gli altri. Sono vietati, tra l’altro: nudità e contenuti sessuali espliciti, qualsiasi contenuto che sessualizzi o sfrutti un minore, odio e discriminazione, bullismo, minacce, violenza cruenta, istigazione all’autolesionismo, terrorismo, vendita di droghe o armi, truffe e spam.
Quando riceviamo una segnalazione la esaminiamo entro 24 ore: rimuoviamo i contenuti che violano queste regole e allontaniamo chi li ha pubblicati, con la sospensione o la chiusura dell’account. Nei casi gravi lo facciamo subito e senza preavviso.

4. Segnalare e bloccare
Puoi segnalare profili e contenuti dal menu ⋯ e scegliere il motivo: chi viene segnalato non sa chi è stato. Puoi bloccare chiunque dal suo profilo: un utente bloccato non vede più i tuoi contenuti e non può scriverti né commentare.
Puoi anche scegliere chi può commentare, menzionarti e scriverti, e rendere privato l’account.
5. I tuoi contenuti
I contenuti che pubblichi restano tuoi. Pubblica solo ciò che hai creato tu o che hai il diritto di usare.
Pubblicandoli ci dai una licenza non esclusiva, gratuita e valida in tutto il mondo per conservarli, riprodurli, adattarli (per esempio comprimerli, creare anteprime o tradurre i testi), mostrarli e distribuirli dentro Polibop, solo per far funzionare e promuovere il servizio e nel rispetto delle tue impostazioni di privacy. La licenza può essere estesa ai fornitori tecnici che ci aiutano a gestire l’app.
Se consenti duetti, remix o download, gli altri utenti possono usare i tuoi video in quei modi. La licenza finisce quando elimini il contenuto o l’account, salvo per le copie già create da altri con funzioni che avevi consentito e per quanto la legge ci obbliga a conservare.
6. Monete virtuali e regali
Le monete sono un elemento virtuale dell’app: non sono denaro, non hanno valore in denaro, non si possono convertire in euro, rimborsare, vendere o scambiare fuori da Polibop.
Le ottieni gratis, per esempio con la ruota, le sfide giornaliere e gli inviti, e le usi dentro l’app per regali e promozioni. Possiamo annullare le monete ottenute con frodi, più account o altri abusi, e si perdono quando l’account viene eliminato. Lo stesso vale per i punti dei pronostici e per gli altri premi virtuali.
7. Polibop AI
Le risposte di Polibop AI e le traduzioni automatiche sono generate da un’intelligenza artificiale e possono essere sbagliate: controllale prima di usarle e non inviare dati personali sensibili.
8. Cosa non puoi fare
Non puoi usare Polibop per attività illegali, fingerti qualcun altro, raccogliere dati degli altri utenti, usare bot o programmi automatici, aggirare i limiti dell’app, creare più account per ottenere più premi, attaccare o sovraccaricare il servizio o copiarne il codice.
9. Sospensione e chiusura dell’account
Puoi eliminare il tuo account quando vuoi da Impostazioni → Profilo e account → Elimina account (istruzioni).
Possiamo limitare, sospendere o chiudere un account che viola questi Termini o il Regolamento, che mette in pericolo altre persone o quando ce lo impone la legge. Se pensi che abbiamo sbagliato puoi chiedere una revisione: una persona ricontrolla la decisione.
10. Diritti d’autore
Polibop, il suo nome, il logo e il software sono protetti dalle leggi sulla proprietà intellettuale. Se qualcuno usa un tuo contenuto senza permesso puoi segnalarlo dal menu ⋯ del post: chi viola più volte i diritti degli altri perde l’account.
11. Responsabilità
Facciamo il possibile perché Polibop funzioni sempre, ma il servizio è offerto così com’è e può avere interruzioni. Non siamo responsabili dei contenuti pubblicati dagli utenti, che rispondono di ciò che pubblicano.
Niente in questi Termini limita i diritti che la legge riconosce ai consumatori né la nostra responsabilità per dolo o colpa grave.
12. Modifiche
Possiamo aggiornare questi Termini e il servizio. Le modifiche importanti te le annunciamo nell’app prima che valgano; se continui a usare Polibop dopo quella data, le accetti.
13. Legge applicabile
Questi Termini sono regolati dalla legge italiana. Se sei un consumatore, per le controversie è competente il giudice del luogo in cui risiedi e restano valide le tutele obbligatorie del tuo Paese di residenza.

These Terms govern the use of Polibop, provided by its developer. By signing up or using the app you accept them, together with the Privacy Policy, the Community Guidelines and the Child Safety Standards. If you do not accept them, do not use Polibop.
1. Who can use Polibop
You must be at least 13 years old. Under 14, some features are limited until a parent allows them from their own account.
You must provide true information, in particular your date of birth, and you cannot use Polibop if we have already closed one of your accounts for serious violations.
2. Your account
You are responsible for what happens with your account: keep your password secret and tell us if you think someone has accessed it.
You can link up to 5 accounts on the same phone. You may not sell, transfer or lend an account.
3. Zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users
There is no place on Polibop for objectionable or illegal content or for people who harass others. Prohibited content includes, among other things: nudity and sexually explicit content, any content that sexualizes or exploits a minor, hate and discrimination, bullying, threats, graphic violence, encouragement of self-harm, terrorism, sale of drugs or weapons, scams and spam.
When we receive a report we review it within 24 hours: we remove content that breaks these rules and eject the users who posted it by suspending or closing their accounts. In serious cases we do so immediately and without notice.
The full rules are in the Community Guidelines (in the app: Settings → Help and information → Guidelines), which are part of these Terms.
4. Reporting and blocking
You can report profiles and content from the ⋯ menu and choose a reason: the reported user does not know who reported them. You can block anyone from their profile: a blocked user can no longer see your content, message you or comment.
You can also choose who can comment, mention you and message you, and make your account private.
5. Your content
The content you post remains yours. Only post what you created or have the right to use.
By posting it you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to store, reproduce, adapt (for example compress it, create previews or translate texts), display and distribute it within Polibop, only to operate and promote the service and in line with your privacy settings. The license may be extended to the technical providers that help us run the app.
If you allow duets, remixes or downloads, other users can use your videos in those ways. The license ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies already created by others with features you had allowed and for what the law requires us to keep.
6. Virtual coins and gifts
Coins are a virtual item of the app: they are not money, have no cash value and cannot be converted into euros, refunded, sold or traded outside Polibop.
You get them for free, for example with the wheel, daily challenges and invites, and you use them inside the app for gifts and promotions. We may cancel coins obtained through fraud, multiple accounts or other abuse, and they are lost when the account is deleted. The same applies to prediction points and other virtual rewards.
7. Polibop AI
Polibop AI replies and automatic translations are generated by artificial intelligence and may be wrong: check them before relying on them and do not send sensitive personal data.
8. What you may not do
You may not use Polibop for illegal activities, impersonate others, collect other users’ data, use bots or automated programs, circumvent the app’s limits, create multiple accounts to get more rewards, attack or overload the service or copy its code.
9. Suspension and termination
You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Profile and account → Delete account (instructions).
We may limit, suspend or close an account that violates these Terms or the Guidelines, puts other people at risk, or when the law requires it. If you think we made a mistake you can ask for a review: a person will check the decision again.
10. Copyright
Polibop, its name, logo and software are protected by intellectual property laws. If someone uses your content without permission you can report it from the post’s ⋯ menu: repeat infringers lose their account.
11. Liability
We do our best to keep Polibop running, but the service is provided “as is” and may have interruptions. We are not responsible for content posted by users, who are responsible for what they post.
Nothing in these Terms limits the rights granted to consumers by law or our liability for wilful misconduct or gross negligence.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms and the service. We will announce important changes in the app before they take effect; if you keep using Polibop after that date, you accept them.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by Italian law. If you are a consumer, disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the court of your place of residence and you keep the mandatory protections of your country of residence.
