Eliminare l’account Polibop

Puoi eliminare il tuo account Polibop e tutti i dati collegati in qualsiasi momento, gratis. L’eliminazione è definitiva e non si può annullare.
Dall’app (subito)
- Apri Polibop e accedi all’account che vuoi eliminare.
- Vai sul tuo profilo e apri Impostazioni.
- Nella sezione Profilo e account tocca Elimina account (lo trovi anche in Sicurezza e accessi → I tuoi dati).
- Leggi cosa verrà cancellato, attiva Ho capito e tocca Elimina account, poi conferma.
L’account viene eliminato immediatamente. Prima puoi scaricare una copia dei tuoi dati da Sicurezza e accessi → Scarica una copia dei tuoi dati.
Via email (se non puoi usare l’app)
Scrivi a sito.supporto@gmail.com dall’indirizzo email collegato al tuo account, indicando il tuo nome utente. Se ti sei registrato con il numero di telefono, indica il numero. Per proteggerti possiamo chiederti di confermare che l’account è tuo. Eliminiamo l’account e ti rispondiamo entro 30 giorni dalla richiesta, di solito molto prima.
Cosa viene eliminato
- Profilo, nome utente, foto, bio, data di nascita e impostazioni.
- Video, foto, storie, dirette, bozze, suoni originali e filtri creati da te, con tutti i loro file.
- Messaggi che hai inviato, post nei gruppi e gruppi che hai creato.
- Commenti (anche vocali), fuoco, salvataggi, ripubblicazioni e condivisioni.
- Follower, persone che segui, richieste di follow e utenti bloccati.
- Monete, movimenti, regali, premi, punti dei pronostici e chat con Polibop AI.
- Dispositivi collegati, posizioni dei video, interessi, segnalazioni inviate e rapporti di errore.
Cosa resta e per quanto
- I messaggi che gli altri ti hanno mandato restano nelle loro chat.
- Le copie di sicurezza tecniche del server vengono sovrascritte entro 30 giorni.
- Conserviamo più a lungo solo ciò che la legge ci impone, per esempio le informazioni su contenuti illegali già segnalati alle autorità.

Delete your Polibop account

You can delete your Polibop account and all related data at any time, free of charge. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
In the app (immediately)
- Open Polibop and sign in to the account you want to delete.
- Go to your profile and open Settings.
- In the Profile and account section tap Delete account (also available in Security and sign-in → Your data).
- Read what will be deleted, turn on I understand, tap Delete account and confirm.
The account is deleted immediately. Before that you can download a copy of your data from Security and sign-in → Download a copy of your data.
By email (if you cannot use the app)
Write to sito.supporto@gmail.com from the email address linked to your account, including your username. If you signed up with your phone number, include the number. To protect you we may ask you to confirm that the account is yours. We delete the account and reply within 30 days of the request, usually much sooner.
What is deleted
- Profile, username, photo, bio, date of birth and settings.
- Videos, photos, stories, live streams, drafts, original sounds and filters you created, with all their files.
- Messages you sent, group posts and groups you created.
- Comments (including voice comments), likes, saves, reposts and shares.
- Followers, people you follow, follow requests and blocked users.
- Coins, transactions, gifts, rewards, prediction points and Polibop AI chats.
- Linked devices, video locations, interests, reports you sent and crash reports.
What is kept and for how long
- Messages other people sent you stay in their chats.
- Technical server backups are overwritten within 30 days.
- We keep data longer only where the law requires it, for example information about illegal content already reported to the authorities.
